Firearm Ordering Policy
Federal firearm laws prevent the sale
of a weapon from any licensed dealer directly to an individual in another state
(we are located in Utah). We must ship your firearm directly to an FFL dealer
near you.
Handguns must be shipped to a
Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in your state of residence. Long guns
(rifles and shotguns) may be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License
(FFL) dealer in any state, provided (1) it is legal for you to acquire the
firearm in the state where the store is located and (2) it is legal for you to
acquire the firearm in the state, county and city where you reside. Please
consult applicable laws and regulations to determine if you can legally acquire
a long gun outside the state where you reside.
Only the person whose name appears
on the order will be allowed to take possession of the firearm and transfer
will take place only after all applicable legal requirements (i.e. background
check, etc.) are completed. It is your responsibility to verify local, state
and federal laws before attempting to purchase a firearm.
